In the world of fitness, the body needs to be at optimum performance. Weather, sleep, and the environment amongst other things can affect our bodies state of being. There are natural ways we can take care of our bodies, so they can perform and endure the task and conditions it has to go through. Not only do we need to take care of the outside of the body, we need to take care of the inside. The body has rights and if you aren’t good to it, it won’t be any good to you.
Athletes and also when people are sick, generally want to reach for electrolyte drinks such as Gatorade. The electrolyte drinks on the market are better off made at home. It’s simple, easy and natural. Athletes know how important electrolytes are. They are essential to proper body function. Without them there can be muscle weakness and cramping, a no go for athletes.
An awesome herb that athletes want to keep on hand is rosehips. We are talking about an all-star mvp herb here. If you had to choose a herb team, you’d want rosehips on it. Rosehips is said to be the best source of vitamin C; as they have 50% more vitamin C than oranges! Yes, how great this herb is. Vitamin C gives that zing! It’s a pick me up!!
Along with vitamin C, rosehips also contains Vitamin A .. A for Athlete, no but really when you see Vitamin A, think good for athletes, because vitamin A is known to nourish skin, Drinking rosehips daily is said to help rejuvenate skin cells, and aid in healing scars and wounds, which athletes get from time to time.We just can’t say pedialyte and other drinks are a problem and not offer a solution.
We must offer an alternative to those market drinks, so what can we do? An immune boosting, hydrating drink that includes rosehips is the way to go. Rosehips is my favorite family herb and this electrolyte drink includes Himalayan salt added as it is said to provide essential minerals, known to balance electrolytes, balance the bodies
ph, eliminates toxins and more.
